Range of application
ATG piston rings are widely used in all kinds of power machinery, such as steam engines, diesel engines, gasoline engines, compressors, hydraulic presses, etc., widely used in cars, trains, ships, yachts, etc. General piston ring is installed in the ring groove of the piston, it and the piston, cylinder liner, cylinder head and other components composed of a chamber to do work.
ATG piston ring has five characteristics: force, thermal conductivity, air tightness, oil control and support.
Matters needing attention
The piston ring is loaded into the cylinder liner, and the interface should have a certain opening clearance.
The piston ring shall be mounted on the piston with a certain edge clearance along the height in the ring groove.
The chrome ring should be placed in the first line, not facing the vortex pits on the top of the piston.
Each piston ring opening in each other stagger 120℃, are not allowed to the piston pin hole.
Taper section piston ring, the installation of the cone should be upward.
General torsion ring installation, chamfering or grooving should be upward; Conical surface reverse torsion ring installation, still keep the cone upward.
When installing the combination ring, the axial bushing ring should be installed first, then the flat ring and the corrugated ring. One flat ring is installed on the top and the bottom of the corrugated ring, and the openings of each ring should be staggered.
