Product description
What is a crankshaft bearing?
The bushing shaft is also called the "shaft bushing". It is the contact part of the sliding bearing and the shaft. It is very smooth. It is generally made of bronze, antifriction alloy and other wear-resistant materials. Its main function (including the crankshaft bush) is to load the bearing journal. It can keep the oil film stable, make the bearing work smoothly and reduce the friction loss of the bearing.
Installed on the fixed bracket of the crankshaft and the cylinder block, the bearing tiles are usually called crankshaft bearings.
General diesel engine crankshaft bush clearance: 0.12-0.207MM, gasoline engine crankshaft main bush clearance, the limit wear does not exceed O.17mm
Selection of crankshaft bearing
1. It should have sufficient compressive strength, fatigue strength and the ability to withstand impact. The thickness of the bearing alloy is (0.013-0.13) mm.
2. Good adhesion resistance. When the load is large, the speed is high, the bearing clearance is too small, the surface finish is not high, and the lubrication is poor, attention should be paid to the matching of materials to prevent the friction pair from sticking and wearing.
3. Has adaptability and the ability to hold foreign objects. Materials with low hardness, good plasticity and low coefficient of elasticity have good adaptability and the ability to contain foreign bodies.
4. Good corrosion resistance, low price and sufficient sources. After the colloidal deposit is formed by oxidation, it has a corrosive effect on the bearing material.
